We complain when the roads have huge potholes in the winter and we complain even more when the road is closed all together. Late summer in Wyoming means road construction and unless you are a flagger needing a job it's never is a good time. Getting to one part of town or part of the state you might have to wait a while or at least take a different route to your destination. I recently drove to For

Your Question: Why are construction crews tearing up parts of Grand Avenue that they just finished paving earlier this month? Also I was under the impression that Grand Avenue would be repaved all the way through town but now it looks like potholes are just being filled again. Why aren't they repaving our main street that desperately needs some TLC? Next winter it is guaranteed to be a total mess

The first 1/2 had what looked almost like a rototiller on steroids go up and down Grand several times followed by graders and compactors. On this second 1/2 I have not seen that machine in use at all. Is this du
