ADLYNN JAMALUDIN: LOCAL NEWS
Adlynn is from the big city of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. She graduated with both her B.A. & M.A. in Communication at the University of Wyoming.
Adlynn is hugely interested in the entertainment industry, particularly Korean pop music (K-pop). Fun fact: She thinks her superpower is that she never gets jet-lagged, no matter how terrible the time differences are. She's a pro-Netflix-binger and a huge fan of concerts, traveling, and extreme rides (rollercoasters, skydiving). Oh, she's a huge foodie too! She knows all the best places to eat.
DAVID SETTLE: LOCAL SPORTS
When it comes to me, I’m all about sports and always have been. Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve been fascinated with sports, their numbers, history, traditions, and much more. Sure, there are other things I enjoy, but sports are what I’m about. I’ve been covering the local sports scene in Laramie for the past 20 years. That includes the fact that I’ve been blessed and humbled that I’m lucky enough to be the “voice of” the Laramie High School football and basketball, as well as Laramie Rangers legion baseball. Besides sporting events, I like to relax by taking in movies, listening to music, or just being with my family, which includes our dog. Truly, I’m pretty plain, but I say I’m just a sports geek.
PHYLICIA PETERSON: LOCAL CONTENT & EDITING
What's there to know about me? I suppose you could say Wyoming is in my blood. I grew up here, I graduated from high school here, and now I'm raising my family here. And now, I spend my days exploring the community, writing stories about our state, and sharing them here on Laramie Live.
Outside of work, I enjoy travel writing, working on my novel, and spending time with my family. I love exploring the outdoors, going for a run on a cool Wyoming morning, or enjoying a hot cup of tea and a good book.
