JERRAD ANDERSON: COMMUNITY
Jerrad grew up in Riverton, WY and began his radio career at KTAK/KVOW. He became the station’s youngest Sports Director in history and was recognized by the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters for ‘Best Sports Coverage’ in 2009. He’s spent the last three years in Las Vegas working at at CBS, Beasley Broadcasting, and covering mixed martial arts. Jerrad is an avid fan of all sports, all music, and traveling to new places. In June 2014, Jerrad added the rank of DJ for Country Music station 106.3 in Cheyenne. He also contributes to WyoPreps, Wyoming’s premier sports coverage site.

DAVID SETTLE: LOCAL SPORTS
A native of Fort Collins, Colorado, David Settle earned a degree in Broadcasting from the University of Wyoming in 1998. He originally joined KOWB/KCGY in June of 1998 as a board operator. He was named the full-time Sports Director in July of 1999. In July of 2009, he added the title of Operations Manager to his responsibilities. He has also worked as an intern for Wyoming Public Radio and KIIX radio in Fort Collins. As the Sports Director, he is in charge of covering all aspects of the local sports scene. He broadcasts five sportscasts every weekday, coordinates all sports programming for KOWB/KCGY, is a co-host of Sportsline Live three days a week, the primary host of Cowboy Talk and the “Voice of” the Laramie Plainsmen and Lady Plainsmen, as well as the Laramie Rangers. In 2007, 2008 and 2010, he won the award for “Best Play-by-Play” from the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters. As Operations Manager, he oversees the day-to-day functions of both KOWB and KCGY. David is happily married. He and his wife Sara, have two daughters, Mikaela and Paige.
Nick Learned: LOCAL NEWS
Nick grew up in Eagle, Idaho and moved to Laramie in 2010 to attend the University of Wyoming. He joined the Laramie news team in September 2015 and continues to pursue his education when he isn’t covering the news. Nick enjoys playing drums with several local bands and getting outdoors in his spare time. He loves to travel and looks forward to seeing new places each summer. Nick’s favorite part about the news is constantly learning new things about Laramie and getting to know people throughout the community.
