Adam Anne Brande 200x200
I was born in Lafayette, Louisiana and moved all around the US growing up. I spent most of my childhood in Texas and graduated from Cinco Ranch High School in Katy, Texas. Following that I moved to Laramie, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming where I recieved a degree in Marketing.I love to go camping, hiking, bouldering and skiing. In the winter I enjoy heading to Snowy Range or Steamboat for a great day flying down the hill. When I'm not outside I can be found tinkering around and experimenting with electronics. At KCGY & KOWB radio I maintain our websites including LaramieLive.com.(Profile Photo by Anne Brande - Ludwig Photography)

Ask The City: Will There Ever Be a Path Around Kiwanis Park?

Your Question:
I was just wondering if Parks & Rec will ever place a jogging track around Kiwana's Park? I know it was in the plans back in the 90's, but it never came about. It would be nice to have a place to walk/run without getting muddy when it rains.

WYO 130 Over Snowy Range Pass Now Open for 2012 Season

Yesterday WYDOT reported that they had cleared the last of the snow that was left on WYO 130 after a fairly mild winter. You might remember that last year the stretch of road did not open until June 10th as crews worked 60 hour weeks for over a month to clear the dense snow. Almost a whole month earlier than last year, the road has officially opened between Laramie and Saratoga.
