Question:

What are the laws when it comes to cars on the street with no plates or multiple cars in a driveway or cars that are not running and not plated moving to other lots?

Answer:

"Different ordinances apply to this question. For vehicles parked on the street that do not have valid registration displayed, the vehicle can be parked for 30 days. After that, and after the vehicle is marked as abandoned per city ordinance, it can be towed. Property owners may have multiple vehicles parked on private property, whether on driveways or otherwise, but only one of those vehicles may qualify as a "junked vehicle," which indicates that it is clearly not operable. If more than one junked vehicle is parked on private property, the city's nuisance may be enforced and either the owner must remove it or the city may remove it and the owner can be charged for the nuisance mitigation."
