Scooter Etiquette-Ask the City

Is it legal to pull my scooter into a bike or parking lane to allow other drivers to pass?

Answer:

"As the operator of a vehicle, you have a full right to full use of the lane, regardless of speed. If you want to move to the right to allow traffic to pass at higher speeds, you may do so as long as the movement is done in a safe manner."
