The Bear Creek Fire was rated 60 percent contained at last report, according to Albany County Emergency Managment

That's according to a post on the agency's Facebook page:

The Bear Creek Fire is currently at 60% containment and the footprint is 1444 acres with NO growth in last 48 hours. Approximately 50 personnel remain on scene.
These photos were taken throughout the fire and do not depict the current condition, but help to identify that the fire is staying in the same footprint, and is not advancing. There are still areas that continue to have hot embers that can be easily blown into unburned areas.
Part of the process of increasing the containment percentage and gauging the acreage, is by having crews walk the entire perimeter of the fire area to ensure that no embers are evident and that the areas are cold. We use various techniques to accomplish this and due to the topography of certain areas, this can take several days. As the crews encircle the fire area, the containment percentages can then be increased.
Once these processes are completed and rechecked, we can then begin to release crews and the personnel numbers will go down, even if the containment is not at 100%.
Our number one priority is firefighter and public safety.
We want to thank the public and communities for all of the support during these times.
