How many miles of trails and pathways does Laramie have?

The City's Response:

There are approximately 12 miles of trails and pathways in Laramie. There is a map of most of the trail system in the recreation brochure. These are located at City Hall, the Recreation Center and online.

 The trail system is not all connected at this time. The Greenbelt is conceptually designed to circle all of Laramie (hence it’s name) but it will be many years in the future until the belt is completed. Staff and Council have been working on constructing the belt along Spring Creek, and also looking at major barriers such as Grand Avenue, Third Street, and the UP Railroad as the priorities at this time. Completion of all connections will be dependent on available resources.”
