The City's Answer:
A residential customer billing is calculated as follows:

2) Garbage disposal (based on number of kitchen units) $3.20/kitchen unit
3) Sewer base $12.60 for every account hooked up to city sewer services
4) Water base (based on the size of meter at the location)

1” meter $30.60
1 ½” meter $55.50
2” meter $86.20
5) Mosquito control $2.57
