The Question:

If parts of Grand Ave. are designated snow routes how come none of the vehicles are moved when it snows? There are two vehicles parked on Grand that have not been moved since the first snow as seen by the snow plowed half way up the side of their vehicle.

The Answer:

“Grand Avenue is part of the snow emergency route. The vehicles are only moved (towed) when a snow emergency is declared by the City. If there is not a snow emergency, it is like any other storm when the City plows. The street is opened up to allow traffic and if it gets too deep then snow is removed.”
