“The City issued a Demolition Permit in July for the properties, which are under single ownership. No plans have been filed at this time for new development or redevelopment on the site; however, City review and approval of plans is required before new development begins. The property is zoned B2 (Business), so future development could be for a variety of uses, including offices, small-scale retail, or service establishment such as a bank or restaurant. Plans filed with the Community Development Dept. are public record and the City will be glad to make any plans for this property available on request.”
