Why is it that businesses in Laramie can no longer have banners due to something passing along with metal roofs, and UW can have banners on Grand and a new place was just built a couple weeks ago got a metal roof put on? Your Question: I'm curious as to why the city of Laramie does NOT enforce ordinances in West Laramie (particularly the Clark Street, Hodgeman, Rail road street side)? The nuisance ordinance with respect to junk cars in yards, trash, old boats, etc... That neighborhood is an eye sore and people should be cited for collecting junk cars and not cleaning up their yards!!
