The Albany County Public Library is holding a BIG book sale. If you love to read, make sure not to miss this event at the public library where you can pick up some great books on the cheap.

The Friends of the Albany County Public Library’s Big Book Sale has good books at great prices just in time for holiday shopping, October 22nd through the 29th in the library's basement. The library is located at 310 S. 8th St., in Laramie, Wyoming.

In order to buy the books you do need to be a Current Friends of the Library; memberships are on sale at the library or on the day of the sale if you would like to buy one to take advantage of the sale. The sale is open during the following times:

Saturday, October 22 12:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Sunday, October 23 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Monday, October 24 CLOSED

Tuesday, October 25 10:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Wednesday, October 26 10:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. 25% off

Thursday, October 27 10:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. 50% off

Friday, October 28 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. 50% off

Saturday, October 29 1:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. $5/grocery bag sale.

Sale items are retired from library service or are donated by residents, include children’s books, cookbooks, videos, fiction, non-fiction, and more. Prices begin at $1.00 for adult books and $0.25 for children’s books.

The Friends of the Albany County Public Library is a not-for-profit organization that supports many programs at the library including technology, and additions to all collections. Donations of books, magazines and office type materials are always accepted.
