I refuse to even think it's close to the end of summer. We can still grill outside and light the tiki torches and BBQ for at least 2 more month (all winter). Grilling Shish Kabobs is as diverse as anything no real recipe unless you have to follow one.

Marinate any meat in any sauce and skewer up some vegetables and it's good, dam good! And please I don't want to hear I don't have enough time to do that.  We need to get back to what's really important, can you hear yourself, you don't have enough time to eat? You better have time for that and it's important to have a home-cooked meal and burning meat on a flame is our God given right. So get out there and start up the coals! Summer is not over!

1. Marinate meat for 2 hours and keep meat in the fridge.

2. Soak the wooden screws for 15 minutes but they rarely burn unless the flame is too high!

3. Cook meat first the vegetables don't need to cook as much.

4. Make rice and a easy salad to go with the meal.

5. Since you have hot coals throw a couple sausages on as well it's all meat and it's all good!

Wrap bacon around the sausage. What's better than pork? More bacon!
