Ask the City – Vista Drive is Torn Up, Why is it Not Being Replaced?

Regarding Vista Drive, Utility Contractors have tore up sections already. Will these sections remain tore up until fall of 2012? They are in really bad shape already! So, Vista Drive really won't be replaced until 2012?

The City's Answer:

The City will hot-patch the street crossing cuts in the near future; this will provide a restored driving surface that will last until the project resumes in 2012. The contractor schedule provided by WYDOT confirms the 2012 construction.
