Laramie’s Hometown Holiday Hurrah Replaced by Santa’s Bag-O-Cash

That's right, the days of collecting "Jingle Bucks" around Laramie before Christmas are unfortunately gone as Hometown Holiday Hurrah is no more, but the concept is still alive and well. Laramie's Chamber of Commerce decided to end the Hometown Holiday Hurrah promotion earlier this month, but radio stations around town have jumped in and pooled their resources to bring the community Santa's Bag-O-Cash in its place. This will be one of the main shop local incentives for Laramie shoppers this year and the concept should feel very familiar to the past. Here is everything you need to know to win some cash out of santa's big bag this year.

Your chance to win between $100 and $500 will take place between 10AM and Noon on each Saturday now through December 17th. In order to win, collect tickets at participating stores around town (See complete participating store list below). We will be giving away tickets on the Laramie Live Facebook page so make sure you pay attention; the more tickets you collect the greater chance you have to win! Laramie's radio stations will broadcast from these central locations which will change on each Saturday of the promotion:

November 26th - Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply Store

December 3rd - Boot Barn

December 10th - Biolife Plasma Services

December 17th - Grand News Stand & Martindale's Western Store

Here is how you win. Make sure to be in a particiapting store at the drawing times which will be sometime between 10AM and Noon on Saturdays. Listen for the winning ticket numbers to be announced and if you have a winning ticket notify the store you are in within 3 minutes so that they can call the central drawing location. There will be 4 ticket numbers announced each Saturday; if you have a winning ticket you will go to the central drawing location after winning to pick out of Santa's Bag-O-Cash. Cash prizes range between $100 and $500 gift cards that can be spent at any participating business.
