Laramie Woman Arrested, Charged With Felony Property Destruction
The Laramie Police Department has arrested a Laramie woman on a felony vandalism charge.
According to a release from the LPD, officers responded to the 200 block of South 2nd Street for a report of vandalism on Saturday, April 14 just after 11:20 p.m.
Officers conducted an investigation and arrested 21-year-old Katelyn Koeppel. She was charged with property destruction over $1,000. Koeppel posted a bond and was released from the Albany County Detention Center.
The LPD says property destruction is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, $10,000 in fines or both, if the cost of restoring the injured property or the value of the property destroyed is $1,000 or more.
