Laramie Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 15-year-old runaway.
The department in a Facebook post at 11:01 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, said it was looking for McKinsey Phelps.

According to the Wyoming Missing Persons section on the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation's website, Phelps was last seen wearing a black hoodie and jeans and has a black backpack with a pumpkin on it.
DCI says she has green eyes, brown hair dyed where the right half is blonde and the left half is red, is 5-foot 2, and weighs 160 pounds.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police dispatch at 307–721–2526 or DCI at 307-777-7181.
This isn't the first time Phelps has run away. The Albany County Sheriff's Office asked for help locating her on April 18.
