Laramie Man Charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery

LARAMIE -- Laramie Police Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of East Spring Creek for the report of a possible domestic occurring at that location on Saturday, June 1, at 11:38 in the evening.

As a result of the investigation, Jose A. Quihua, a 20-year-old Laramie resident, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery.

Quihua’s bond has not yet been set on the felony charge and he remains in custody at the Albany County Detention Center.

Aggravated assault and battery is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 10 years.
