Laramie Resident Arrested for Aggravated Assault and Battery

At around 8:25 pm on Monday, July 6, Laramie Police responded to S 3rd St for a report of suspicious activity.

After an investigation, Laramie resident Ryan Vernola, 28, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery

Bond has not yet been set for Vernola and he remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
