Is there a statute in Laramie regarding the enforcement of unsightly junk removal in a person's yard? Also is there a statute regarding parking in your front yard?

The City's Answer:

“Laramie Municipal Code sections 8.32.170 through 8.32.220 cover junk enforcement and removal.  As far as parking on front yards, there are no code provisions prohibiting such unless the vehicle is inoperable.  Violations can be reported by calling Brian Forster, Code Enforcement Inspector, at telephone number 721-5285.”
