Money Magazine Recognizes Laramie as a Great Place to Retire

The May 2011 issue of Money Magazine featured Laramie, Wyoming as one of the "Best Places to Retire if You Fear Higher Taxes". Criteria for the article's city selections were focused on low tax rates and little risk for increased taxation in the future. The Money Magazine article also selected cities with a  low cost of living, low crime rate, and good hospitals since this is typically what a retiree would be looking for when selecting a location to live. This is just one more reason to love the place that we live; Laramie! Note that the article was not listing the 57 top places to retire, but was the 57th feature in the magazine.
