What the hell is up with the detours on 15th? They change every few days and never make sense.
The City's Answer:
The street reconstruction and water line replacement work on 15th Street, from Baker to Reynolds, has required traffic to detour around the project. At times during the course of construction Baker has been alternately open across the intersection for local traffic, or closed to accommodate placement of material or compaction. This may lead to some inconsistency in what the public observes in the construction area.
