Wyoming Among Worst States for Working From Home, Report Says
More and more businesses are embracing remote positions, but according to a report released Tuesday by WalletHub, Wyomingites who are allowed to work from home don't have the best environment for doing so.
In order to find out the states that provide the best conditions for working from home, WalletHub compared the 50 states and Washington, D.C. across 12 key metrics.
The data set ranges from the share of workers working from home to internet cost and cybersecurity.
Overall, Wyoming ranked 45th on the list, followed by Oklahoma, Arkansas, North Dakota, Montana, Mississippi, and Alaska. New Jersey ranked first.
Wyoming did rank 8th in cybersecurity and average retail price of electricity but ranked 43rd in internet cost.
