Voir Dire Competition Wants You in the Jury

While most people try to do all they can to get out of jury duty, the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association is hoping some people will volunteer for the job. At least 50 volunteers are needed to serve as jurors for a jury selection competition. The annual Voir Dire Competition is for students attending the University of Wyoming College of Law. It will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17, in Room 170 of the UW College of Law building.

Volunteers can commit from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., from 8 a.m.-noon or from 12:30-5 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided for all participants and there will be a reception from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Altitude Chophouse and Brewery.
