The University of Wyoming Harry C. Vaughan Planetarium will be stopping all events it will be having due to the novel coronavirus COVID-19 as of March 25.

Max Gilbraith, the planetarium coordinator says “In order to help preserve our community's health, we will be postponing all of our shows indefinitely, we will reopen to public and private shows when federal, state, local and campus health experts give guidance allowing such events to take place again.”

For those interested, Gilbraith encourages people to follow the planetarium on social media to receive entertaining and educational astronomy-related content. The latest updates on shows and events when the planetarium does reopen will be available.

Follow the planetarium on FacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
