Ukrainian Gas Chief Meets With Prosecutors Probing Giuliani
U.S. prosecutors have interviewed the head of Ukraine’s state-owned gas company.
The interview is part of an investigation into the business dealings of President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and two Giuliani associates.
A lawyer for Andriy Kobolyev says his client met voluntarily with representatives of the Justice Department.
According to people familiar with the matter, federal prosecutors in New York are investigating Giuliani’s business dealings.
That includes whether the former New York City mayor failed to register as a foreign agent.
Prosecutors' interest in interviewing gas company executives suggests they're conducting a broad review of those dealings.
