Two Laramie Men Arrested for Aggravated Assault and Battery
On March 13, at approximately 1:15 am, Laramie Police Officers responded to Evans Street for the report of a possible domestic dispute.
After the Officer’s investigation, Eliazar Rayos-Benavides,35-year-old, and Mark E. Sisneros, a 37-year-old, were arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery and Aggravated Burglary. Both men are Laramie residents.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
