The Five Most Expensive Houses in Laramie, Wyoming

I hate moving. It's not that I am particularly tied to any town or house, or anything. I just do not like to pack, load a truck, unload a truck, unpack...blah, blah, blah. Whenever I have to move I look fondly back on the days when all my worldly possessions fit in my 1990 Geo Prism.

But, If I was moving into one of these amazing houses in Laramie, I think my attitude would change.

According to Realitor.com, these are the five most expensive houses for sale in Laramie right now (November 2019).

1) 183 W Vedauwoo Rd, Laramie, WY - $950,000

Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an indoor pool, and an incredible view f the Rockies.

2) 1643 Highway 230, Laramie, WY - $900,000

Four-bedroom, 1.5 bath home with a historic barn, corrals, a utility shed with a heated shop and almost 900 acres.

3) 3845 Canyon Ct, Laramie, WY - $775,000

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms on five acres with radiant in-floor heat.

4) 33 Fox Creek Rd, Laramie, WY - $749,900

Three to four bedrooms, two baths, a large great room with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows, plus has a wood-burning stove. Plus a greenhouse and a huge deck.

5) 4321 Strom St, Laramie, WY - $749,000

They say this is an equestrian purpose-built property. Plus there is hot water and solar heat,  a wind turbine, and 2 passive solar sunrooms.
