Texas Resident Arrested for Strangulation in Laramie
On June 12 at around 3:10 am, Laramie Police Officers responded to East Boswell Street for the report of a domestic dispute.
After the Officer’s investigation, Ramiro Escamilla, a 23-year-old Texas resident, was arrested and charged with Strangulation of a Household Member.
Bond has been set at ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) cash for Mr. Escamilla and he remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.
At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
