Stop Lights

Your Question: There Seems to be an increase in early morning traffic (5am-6am). Are there any plans to have the traffic signals start working at an earlier time such as 5am?

Your Question: I would like to know why the new stop lights never have the green arrow anymore? The turn arrows use to turn green to allow people to turn. I have not seen one of them turn green since they were put up. Sometimes on 15th and Grand I sit through two, sometimes three full red lights before I get to turn. (unless I run the darn thing)

Your Question: I have noticed that the stop lights on 3rd and Harney, 9th and Harney, and Snowy Range and Colorado all change way too quickly. There is not enough time for two cars to get through the lights without it quickly changing to red again. If you have to wait for oncoming traffic then there is no way of getting through the lights. Why are they set to change so quickly? Cars end up running
