Laramie High School Rodeo At Hansen Arena This Weekend
The 2012 Laramie High School Rodeo is set for this weekend at the Hansen Livestock Arena, and your local high school cowboys are looking forward to putting on a great show. The members of the team invite everyone to all the action. Slack is slated for April 14th and 15th at 9 AM. Performance itself is set for Saturday night, April 14th beginning at 7 PM.
Screen Door Porch Plays This Friday In Laramie
Friday the 13th is going to be quite lucky for anyone looking for great musical entertainment, as the Gryphon Theater at the Laramie Plains Civic Center presents Screen Door Porch. The Alt-Country, folk and blues band is based out of Jackson Hole. Band mates Seadar Rose and Aaron Davis have released their Sophomore Album, The Fate & The Fruit.
The Younger Brothers Perform at the Cowboy Saloon in Laramie
It’s another chance for everyone in Laramie to enjoy local favorites, Chancy Williams and the Younger Brothers as they make another appearance this Friday and Saturday at the Cowboy Saloon and Dancehall in Downtown Laramie. As you probably know, this home town band is no stranger to the Cowboy Saloon and their performances always make for a memorable evening.

First Closings for K-Mart & Sears Announced – Laramie Safe so Far
This holiday season has been bad news for Sears Holding company which controls Kmart and Sears stores across the country. Performance was so poor that over 100 stores are rumored to be closing across the US; the first 79 projected closures of either K-Mart or Sears stores (and in some markets, both) have been announced out of the corporate headquarters in Illinois.
