Not Guilty

A Laramie County jury on Wednesday evening acquitted a Cheyenne woman of second-degree murder in the shooting death of her fiance.

Her body was found in early November in a creek bed south of Cody.

They were accused of not providing proper food and water for 27 of their animals in June 2019.

The Laramie Police Department cited Redding in December 2018.

In one case, Fuller said, the child's mother encouraged her to tell authorities that Frederick sexually assaulted her.

Korman also mentioned that he intends to discuss with Peterson a potential motion for trial to be held outside of Laramie in the interest of keeping legal proceedings impartial.

Gillen's girlfriend, who is charged with accessory after the fact, did not appear for her scheduled arraignment.

Police say he caused $70,000 worth of damage during the July incident.
