The forum will include moderated discussions on reform topics including law enforcement procedures and a community police oversight board.

A second forum that will involve the candidates for Albany County Commissioner is on Wednesday, Aug. 10.

The Laramie Lincoln Community Center, located on the west side of Laramie, will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, October 6 from 3 pm to 6 pm.

It's fiesta time at the Lincoln Community Center where they are hosting a Cinco de Mayo celebration this Saturday. It will be quite a party with a car show, dinner, music and dancing.

The Laramie Montessori Community Organization and Laramie Montessori School are inviting the public to the 3rd Annual Montessori Day on Sunday, January 22, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Community Center Multipurpose Gym. The event is free and refreshments will be provided.

The Laramie Montessori School (LMS) is a free, public Montessori charter school with Albany County School District#1. For the 2011/2012 school year, students will be enrolled for kindergarten through grade 4 for a total enrollment of 54 students. Enrollment is on a space-available basis and a lottery will be done of demands exceeds available openings.
