Seats are still available to ride the University of Wyoming bus to the Snowy Range Ski Area Saturday, March 7.

“The weather is forecast to be beautiful, and with 2 feet of fresh snow this week and counting, it should be a wonderful weekend of skiing,” says Dan McCoy, UW Campus Recreation assistant director.

The bus is open to UW students, faculty and staff, and also their dependents and spouses.

Cost is $18 per person to ride the bus. Riders will receive a $10 voucher to use toward lift tickets or rentals. To reserve a seat on the bus, contact the UW Outdoor Program at (307) 766-2402 or email op@uwyo.edu. Contact the UW Outdoor Program beforer 6 p.m. on Friday, March 6 to reserve a seat.

Departure for the day-long ski trip is at 8:20 a.m. at the Outdoor Program trailer on the east end of the Wyoming Union parking lot. The bus will depart the Snowy Range parking lot at 4:20 p.m. and return to campus around 5 p.m.
