Phase 1 of 3rd Street Rehabilitation Project to Begin

The City of Laramie is planning to begin Phase 1 of the 3rd Stree Rehabilitation project.

This will begin the week of August 10.

The work will impact several streets between 3rd St and 4 St, as well as those between 2nd St and 3rd St. The streets affected are:

• McConnell Street
• Shields Street
• Baker Street
• Flint Street
• Lewis Street
• Fremont Street
• University Avenue
• Ivinson Avenue
• Grand Avenue
• Garfield Street
• Custer Street
• Kearney Street
• Steele Street
• Sanders Street
• Palmer Drive

Traffic impacts will not affect traffic traveling along 3rd Street.  Due to the nature of the work being conducted each side street will be closed to through traffic for a period of time.
