Most of the Laramie Greenbelt Trail is now open. All of the trail has reopened, with the exception of the portion of the trail that is under the Snowy Range Bridge, which remains closed due to high water.

The City reminds all residents to exercise extreme caution when around or near the Laramie River as high river flows during moderate flooding is a very dangerous situation. Please do not attempt to cross the greenbelt trail sections that are underwater as the force of moving water can be very dangerous.

The Wyoming Territorial State Park would also like to remind all greenbelt trail users that it is illegal to trespass across State Parks property without paying the required entrance fee.
