Laramie Resident Arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance

On June 3 around 3:20 pm, Laramie Police Officers responded to West Baker Street for the report of a male subject who was slumped over in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.

After the Officer’s investigation, Jeffrey L. Wilson, a 50-year-old Laramie resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense, as well as Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.

Bond has not yet been set for Mr. Wilson and he remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
