Laramie Man Charged with Strangulation of a Household Member
The Laramie Polic Department reports that 22-year-old Levi K. Mann of Laramie has been arrested and charged with strangulation of a household member
At about 2:00 AM on December 13, Laramie Police Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute occurring in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Street.
As a result of the investigation, Mann was arrested. He was also charged with Domestic Battery, Simple Assault, Property Destruction, and Interference, which are all misdemeanors. Bond has not yet been set on the felony charge and Mann remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.
Strangulation of a household member is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten years.
At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
