Laramie Man Charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery
On February 29, at around 11 pm, Laramie Police Officers responded to Ivinson St. for the report of a male who had threatened employees with a knife.
After the officers' investigation, 56-year-old Laramie resident, Scott J. Davenport, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery, as well as a misdemeanor drug charge.
At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
