Laramie Fire Department Investigating Cause of Vehicle Fire

The Laramie Fire Department is investigating a vehicle fire that destroyed a pickup truck Friday afternoon.

According to a release from the LFD, at about 12:18 p.m. the Laramie Fire Department and Laramie Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of 7^th and Bradley Street for a report of a vehicle fire.

An LPD officer arrived on scene first and reported that the vehicle was becoming fully engulfed in fire. A LFD command vehicle and fire engine arrived shortly after and began putting the fire out at 12:26 p.m. The fire was fully extinguished at 12:45 p.m.

The midsize pickup was heavily damaged in the fire and no injuries were reported. The fire is being investigated by the Laramie Fire Department Fire Prevention office.
