The Laramie Boomerang announced on its Facebook and its website that it would be stopping printing and delivery of its Tuesday paper.

They stated that the change in the publishing cycle was "due to industry changes and unforeseen challenges brought on by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic."

"While this was a difficult decision to make," they continued, "we believe readers ultimately judge a local newspaper not by its frequency, but its content and presentation. To that end, many newspapers like ours are prioritizing relevant coverage over the method of delivery in an effort to retain a quality newsroom."

They will continue posting news stories on their website throughout the week.

Tuesday print publications will be discontinued beginning, June 2.
