Friday, July 7

Jeff Thompson Memorial Pancake Breakfast

Enjoy an al fresco breakfast at St. Matthew's Cathedral Green Space. The church and the Soup Kitchen invite you to join them for pancakes on the house.

Frontier Tales

Listen to stories about wild west animals from the American frontier at the Territorial Prison.

Buckhorn Block Party

The biggest street party and dance downtown at the Buck—live music from Wyoming artists, a raffle, and other prizes.

Saturday, July 8

Jubilee Days Parade

The whole family can celebrate Wyoming statehood at the parade: fun floats, candy, and a great start to Saturday.

  • Where: 3rd & Canby to 9th & Grand
  • Cost: Free

2nd Annual Wanna Ride & Scavenger Hunt

If it has wheels, it's invited. ATVs, bikes, cars, and trucks are invited to the scavenger hunt ride in memory of LaWanna Windley-Ford. Lunch is served to those who register; proceeds benefit a UW scholarship fund for students who've lost a parent or guardian.

Brewfest

The 17th annual Laramie Brewfest is the adult party in the park of the Jube. Sample a bevy of beers and mingle with other connoisseurs. Free rides home during, too!

Naughty Pines Roller Derby

Art Fest on the Lawn

An arts and crafts fair at the Laramie Plains Museum. Local artists, crafters, jewelry makers, and more to commemorate another fantastic Wyoming Statehood party.

Yesteryears of Historic Downtown Laramie Captured in Photos

Take a step into the past and discover the yesteryears of Laramie. Wyoming was one of the last states to join the Fifty Nifty, being number 44 in the Union. Laramie began its township journey in the 1860s, largely influenced by the construction of the Union Pacific Railroad and Fort Sanders.
