Halloween was last night, and it can always be fun to have trick-or-treaters in your neighborhood. Seeing all the costumes is always fun, and giving out treats to all the little ghouls and goblins can be a rewarding experience in the season.  Some neighborhoods seem to be filled with trick-or-treaters every year, and other neighborhoods and buildings seem left out of the tradition.
