Cowboy football fans and University of Wyoming supporters are invited to a combined celebration of Kickoff Friday and “The World Needs More Cowboys” on Friday, November 5, from 5-7 pm at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center.

UW President Ed Seidel will be in attendance and speak during a brief program at the celebration, highlighting the university’s efforts to boost entrepreneurism and the state’s economy, among other topics.

There will be light appetizers available as well as a cash bar.

In addition to being one of the UW Alumni Association’s (UWAA) regular Kickoff Friday events this gathering will be the 23rd and final in a series of “The World Needs More Cowboys” events which occurred in each of the state’s counties.
