David Elsberry Entered His Plea Today

Elsberry  pleaded guilty before Circuit Court Judge Castor for the charge of battery of a household member.  On Nov. 29,2013, David Elsberry was in a verbal argument with his fiance, Meghann Deming, that evolved into a physical altercation. Elsberry grabbed Deming by the throat with both of his hands and dragged her outside of the residence. Deming's mother had to intervene to stop Elsberry from forcefully touching her daughter. A few moments later Elsberry again grabbed his fiance by the neck and forced  her to the ground. Elsberry is free on $5,000 signature bond. He has to appear in court again for his sentencing. That court date will be announced at a later time.
