LARAMIE -- That Josh Allen guy is pretty darn good, huh?

The former Wyoming gunslinger, despite facing wind gusts of up to 20 miles per hour inside Highmark Stadium, threw for 348 yards and four touchdowns in a 38-3 rout of the visiting Steelers Sunday afternoon in Orchard Park.

Oh, by the way, those were just his first-half stats.

And 98 of those yards came on one pass from the Buffalo 2-yard line. Check this out:

Allen Wednesday was named the AFC Player of the Week after capping his afternoon with 424 yards through the air. The fifth-year pro also added 42 yards on the ground on just five carries. Allen, through five games, has thrown for 1,651 yards -- the most in the NFL -- and 14 touchdowns.

The Bills are now 4-1 on the season. Up next, a much-anticipated rematch with the Chiefs inside Arrowhead Stadium. These two teams produced arguably the greatest playoff game of all time last January in Kansas City. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs ultimately came out on top 42-36 in overtime.

That game is scheduled for 2:25 p.m. Mountain Time and will be televised by CBS.

Let's check out how the other Pokes in the pros fared last week:

Logan Wilson -- Linebacker - Cincinnati Bengals

The Casper product registered seven solo tackles last Sunday in a 19-17 loss in Baltimore. Logan Wilson now has 33 tackles through five weeks to go along with two stuffs and an interception. No surprise here -- Wilson is the Bengals leading tackler.

Chad Muma- Linebacker - Jacksonville Jaguars

The rookie middle linebacker from Lone Tree, Colo., capped his day with one tackle in a 13-6 setback to the Houston Texans Sunday afternoon in Jacksonville. Chad Muma now has five tackles on the season and is becoming a force on the Jaguar's special teams' units.

Tanner Gentry -- Wide receiver -- Buffalo Bills

Welcome back to the show, Tanner Gentry. A member of the Bills practice squad -- and even being cut from the team all together for one week -- the former Wyoming pass catcher made his 2022 debut during Buffalo's 38-3 rout of the Steelers last Sunday in Western New York. Gentry was targeted one time but finished the day with no catches.

Andrew Wingard - Safety - Jacksonville Jaguars

Like his fellow UW alum, Chad Muma, Andrew Wingard recorded just one tackle in the Jaguars 13-6 loss to Houston last Sunday in Jacksonville. The safety now has six tackles on the season.

Mike Purcell - Defensive tackle - Denver Broncos

Former Wyoming nose tackle, Mike Purcell, was on the field for just 30 snaps in the Broncos 32-23 loss to the Raiders last week in Las Vegas. The 6-foot-3, 328-pound veteran is still making his way back from a neck injury. Purcell now has 14 tackles and three stuffs this season.

Carl Granderson - Defensive end - New Orleans Saints

Last week an eye injury limited former Wyoming defensive end Carl Granderson. Last Sunday, the Saints pass rusher entered concussion protocol in a 39-32 victory over the Seahawks inside the Superdome. Granderson failed to register any stats in the win and now has 11 tackles, half a sack and two stuffs to his credit this season.

Marcus Epps - Safety - Philadelphia Eagles

Marcus Epps refuses to leave the field. The former walk-on at Wyoming has now been on the field for every single one of the Eagles' 323 snaps this season. In Sunday's 20-17 victory over the Cardinals in the desert, Epps finished with six tackles, a stuff and a pass breakup while playing all 69 defensive snaps. Philadelphia is the lone unbeaten team in the NFL. Epps has plenty to do with that. He now has 28 tackles, a pair of stuffs and two pass breakups on his 2022 resume.

Tashaun Gipson - Safety - San Francisco 49ers

The longest-tenured former Wyoming player in the NFL continues to have a resurgence in the Niners' secondary this season. Tashaun Gipson tallied three tackles and half a stuff and sack in San Francisco's 37-15 road win over Carolina. Gipson now has 14 tackles and a pick so far this fall.

Chase Roullier - Center - Washington Commanders: Injured in Week 2 and seeking a second opinion on a knee injury. Reports say the former Cowboy center will miss the rest of the season.

Jacob Hollister - Tight end - Minnesota Vikings: After spending training camp with the Raiders organization and subsequently being released, Jacob Hollister is back in the NFL. The former UW tight end inked with Minnesota last week and has joined the practice squad.

* Tyler Hall - The former UW cornerback is back in the NFL. Tuesday, Tyler Hall joined the Raiders' practice squad after spending last season with the Super Bowl champion Rams.
