Wondering what would be exciting and fun for your kids this summer? You might want to give the Summer Odyssey program at the University of Wyoming a look. The program emcompasses two weeks of incredible fun filled with science, art, field trips, swimming, and of course making new friends.

Summer Odyssey is a science enrichment program for students entering Kindergarten through 5th grade and is organized by the University of Wyoming Lab School. Odyssey has been going strong on the University of Wyoming Campus for over twenty years now.
My daughter Emily loved it so much growing up that this year she will be one of the teen teachers.
Each week will cover a science concept through the following themes:

June 11-14th: Sensational Sweets: exploring science through making and experimenting with sweet treats. A Denver area field trip will accompany this.
June 18-21st: Symphony of Sounds: exploration of sound.

And of course my daughter's all time favorite "take-a-part," where children can take apart old broken appliances.

For more information on Summer Odyssey contact 721-2155 or stop by the UW Lab School office to register.
