Your Question: Why not have the used car lot that is parked just off of Grand on McCollum on the east curb of Village Inn moved during this construction period? There is already a backup of traffic with the detour and common sense would dictate rather than having one lane regardless if you are turning left or right onto Grand, move the cars with out-of-county and out-of-state plates that are for sale so that traffic can move more quickly and freely.
