Your Question: Why is south Adams street in west Laramie a 30mph zone? I got a ticket there a week ago because I didn't see the sign and expected a divided road to be 40 MPH.

Your Question: I live on the south side of Laramie and my street has no city parking permit sign or any other restriction. Yesterday there was no parking available in front of my apartment building so I parked across the street in front of my neighbors house. I walked out today to find a 24 hour notice from LPD to move my car or it will be towed. How is this possible?

There is already a backup of traffic with the detour and common sense would dictate rather than having one lane regardless if you are turning left or right onto Grand, move the cars with out-of-county and out-of-state plates that are for sale so that traffic can move more quickly and freely.
