Officers of the Laramie Police Department were dispatch to the 2000 Block of 9th Street for the report of a disturbance around 1 am on December 10.

After an investigation, 27-year-old Albany County resident Nathaniel Hall was taken into custody and charged with Interference with a Peace Officer.

Interference with a Peace Officer is a felony punishable by imprisonment for no more than ten years.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
