Albany County Public Library to Host Annual Fall Book Sale
The Albany County Library will be hosting their annual Friends of the Library will be hosting their annual Fall Book Sale November 11, and November 13-18. The hours are as follows:
November 11: 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
November 13: 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
November 14-16: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
November 17: 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
November 18: 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The sale's half-price day will take place on Saturday, November 17 and the Bag Day will take place on the last day of the sale, November 18.
In a press release, the Friends of the Library writes that this book sale is different from other sales because "items are arranged on shelves like you would see in a regular bookstore or library" and that the setup "allows for easy viewing." There is also a map of the sale available to see where each genre is located.
Proceeds from the sale will go to Friends of the Library, which helps buy new books and materials for the Albany County Public Library.
